Ordering Conditions

In order to be able to shop in our online webshop, you will have to create a personal account. Once you are logged in into your personal account, the prices will appear in the webshop. With your personal account you do not have to fill in your personal details over and over again. Furthermore you can easily review former orders and easily place orders again.
If you want to order a product, you can click the ORDER button and place the product into your online shopping cart. In the shopping cart overview you can easily change the quantities and if required add or delete products. Have you finished shopping? Then you can proceed to the payment. We work with the trustworthy payment methods of iDeal and credit card.
All parcels will be shipped out with PostNL. PostNL delivers every day (except for Sundays and holidays, and – depending on your delivery address on Mondays). Please always check your order thoroughly on receipt. Always have the transporter take note of possible damage to the delivery box, in order to claim possible shipping damage afterwards.
We ship out all orders the same day which are placed before 17:00 hrs. If you place your order after 17:00 hrs, we will ship out your order the next day. Delivery takes place from Mondays until Saturdays.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are free for orders from € 25,-. For orders within the Netherlands up to € 25,-, the shipping costs will be € 6,75.
Shipping costs to Belgium are free for orders from € 50,-. For orders to Belgium up to € 25,-, the shipping costs will be € 9,-.

Any products ordered can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us via email to report returns. A consumable (such as shampoo, wax, etc.) can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the contents unused. A tool (clippers, scissors, etc.) can only be returned if the product is unused or damaged, in its original packaging. The cost of returning the product is at your own expense. Once the returned products have been received and processed by Larafix B.V., the return amount will be refunded to your account.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange products. You can return the products you do not like. When we have received the returned products conform these conditions, we will refund the amount of the returned products to your bank account. Then you can order a new product of your choice in our webshop.

We provide one year warranty on all electrical devices. If a device should break during the warranty period (provided that the product was under normal use), please contact our customer service immediately through info@larafix.nl.
